FREE Shipping on all orders.
We are a small shop based in Helsingborg, Sweden. To keep prices low and avoid waste, our squishies are made to order and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner overseas. Shipping cost is already included in the product price.
Delivery Time
Total estimated delivery: 10-20 business days from order date.
- Processing time: 1-3 business days to pack and quality check your order
- Transit time: 7-17 business days after processing
Most orders to Sweden and EU arrive in 10-15 business days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2-5 days to start updating after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to customs or high courier volume.
Tracking Your Order
Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking shows no update for 10 days, contact us - sometimes it jumps from "shipped" to "out for delivery".
Customs, VAT & Duties
- EU customers: VAT is included. No extra customs fees. No extra payment on delivery.
- Non-EU (Norway, UK, US): No extra customs fees. No extra payment on
Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you enter a wrong address and the package is returned, we will reship but may ask you to cover reshipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived after 20 business days, email us at contactlycenne@gmail.com with your order number. We will reship for free or give you a full refund - your choice.
