By visiting mochimo.store and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old to buy from us. Our squishies are stress toys made from TPR material. Not suitable for children under 3 years due to small parts / choking hazard.

3. Products and pricing
We try to display colors and descriptions accurately, but TPR colors may vary slightly due to material and lighting.
All prices are in SEK/EUR/USD depending on your region. VAT is included for EU customers. We reserve the right to change prices and correct pricing errors before shipment.

4. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you get an order confirmation email. This is not acceptance - we accept your order when we ship it.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

5. Shipping - FREE on all orders
FREE shipping on all orders. Delivery time is 10-20 business days from order date.
Processing: 1-3 business days + Transit: 7-17 business days.

6. EU Right of Withdrawal - 14 days
Per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to cancel without reason, starting from the day you receive the goods. See our Refund Policy for how to do it.

For low-value/defective items under 300 SEK, we will refund WITHOUT requiring you to return the item.

7. Returns and refunds
Governed by our Refund Policy. Items must be unused in original packaging.

8. Intellectual property
All content on mochimo.store - logo, photos, videos, designs, texts - is owned by mochimo.store or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce or resell without permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by EU/Swedish law, our liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.

10. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. We will try to solve any dispute via contactlycenne@gmail.com within 24 hours.
